Bilfield, Hoffmann, and Edwards will discuss the importance of equitable access to arts education, the benefits of collaborative partnerships, and the transformative power of arts education for DC students, followed by a rousing performance by the Stuart-Hobson Jazz Band, one of the music and arts projects WPAS has provided to 19 DC public elementary and middle schools.
