We all scream for ice cream!  
DCV hosts an ice cream social (many flavours) to celebrate the end of summer and returning to fall schedules.

Access #1:  from Decatur and Florida, there is a gate on the corner - requires going up many steps.

Access #2:  handicapped entrance gate is on Phelps, halfway down the block between S Street and Florida
